This notice provides general information about the Life Beyond Mind website and how to contact us about privacy. The LBM app is a separate service; information shown within the app also applies to its use.

Information you share with us

When you prepare an enquiry or contact us by email, you may provide your name, contact details and information about your enquiry. Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry and provide the support you request. The website enquiry form prepares an email draft on your device; it does not submit your message to a server. Please only include information needed for your enquiry.

Website information

This website does not ask you to create an account or enter payment information. Registration and sign-in take place in the LBM app. Our hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

This static website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or embedded third-party video players. Links to the app, app stores and other external services take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Access, correction and deletion

You can contact us to ask about personal information you have shared with us, request a correction, or request deletion of your account or information. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained.
